Photo Dump!

Did a little taste testing with my babies while we watch movies! The Marshmallow Crispy Oreos won!

Writing a few handwritten Thank you card! I love giving thank you cards with a little candy or something sweet! Does anyone still write thank you cards! I'm so old school!

We've been "trying" to do 30 mins of Taebo everyday, but DJ is such a goof ball I end up cracking up the whole time! lol

I still smiling from ear to ear over my Valentines card DJ 'Teddy' got me!

I've been asked to help collaborate on a baby shower, so I've been busy make onesies garlands and little bowties! I can't wait to show you the entire shower!

And I made my 3rd batch of Spa water! I'm beyond addicted to this water!

We finally had a Date Night!

We finally had a Date night in February! Well it was actually not night it was 3 PM but you get the point. We haven't been on a date in forever so this was long over due. My goal this year was to spend more time together and have a date night every month. We didn't go on a date in January but were making up for it. One Sunday before we went to communion DJ asked me if I want to go on a Date! Why of course! Lol
I was so excited to get out of the house. He took me to our favorite spot Panera Bread and I ordered a salad, which was delicious!!! We sat outside by the water fountain and just enjoyed each others company!

Yummy Chicken Cobb salad with a Lemonade

Hubby's plate! Steak sandwich, chips, and a low fat Strawberry smoothie!

After a light lunch we headed towards Target and did a little shopping before heading home to get ready for Church. I truly enjoy the time we spend together!

1 cup of strawberries, sliced

1. Chop up the strawberries and cantaloupe.
2. Then place everything into a large container: water, coconut water, cantaloupe, strawberries, and blueberries
 3. Allow it to chill in the refrigerator overnight and then enjoy the next day!

This drink is so refreshing, and has a hint of sweetness, it's also full of vitamins and nutrients.

The longer it chills, the more flavorful it becomes, so I chilled mines overnight and for an entire day! :0)

Perfect Valentines 2014

Through out the year we have alot of Romance going on other than just Valentines day, but this year Valentine's day was Perfect!
Every year we never really make a big fuss with going out to dinner or really exchange gifts. We always do something laid back. Last year we did our taxes, went grocery shopping, and stopped by the park. Lol Romantic huh?? Lol :0)
But this year I can honestly say it was romantic, laid back, and soooo nice! I'm so happy my Teddy really understand me and gets me because all I wanted to do was stay indoors, take a bubble bath, watch movies, and make a heart shape pizza. The day before Valentine's day we brought all of the items to make the pizza which DJ was really excited about since he's ever made a pizza before. On the actual day of Valentine I began decorating for my Kim Casali "Love is..." valentines party. I mostly had everything all decorated the night before all I had to do was add the scrumptious sweets. The kids came home from school changed into their outfits and joined the party. After our mini photo shoot we munched on cookies, cupcakes, macarons, and cakepops. Everything taste yummy. After my Valentines set up I wanted to rest for a bit, so I took a bubble bath. Then my sweet hubby came home and surprised me with some chocolate covered strawberries and pink champagne. I'm 27 years old and I've never had champagne before! Embarrassing right! Am I the last person on the face of the earth that is this old and haven't had any wine or champagne. DJ and I don't drink so it was a surprise to see pink champagne! Our plans was to exchanged gifts that night and I was so excited to hide his gift all over the house. This year I wanted to do something creative. DJ loves Superheros so I brought some kid superhero valentine cards and his favorite candy and I wrote 32 reasons why I love him and attached them to the valentine cards. Then I placed the cards all around our apartment. So when DJ came back up stairs from my Mom's house he was so surprise to see all the valentines cards all over our place. I got so excited watching his face light up reading all his valentines. He said I almost made him tear up! He's so sweet! There was so many sweet, funny, and heart felt cards being passed around! It's the little things that are so special to us and I'm so blessed to have my amazing hubby in my life.

While making pizza, we sipped on champagne and after 2 sips I had to stop drinking it, it was too strong for me! Lol My hubby is not at all the cook but he did so good with the pizza I let him take over and He Did that! :0)
After the pizza was all finished we cuddle up, nibbled on pizza, ate chocolate covered strawberries and watched the movie, Date night. We were so exhausted we both fell asleep on the movie and on each other! real romantic right? Lol

Happy Valentine's Day!!!

Mom's Birthday at the Spa!!!

My Mom's birthday celebration started at Midnight! While she was in her room going to bed my sissy and I decorated the living room. At 12:01 am we woke her up and told her the sink was over flowing and she had to hurry up and come! Lol were bad! Mom jumped out of bed and ran to the living room. By the time she made it to the living room we all started singing Happy Birthday to her. She was so shocked and surprised! After we sung happy birthday to her, she blow out her candles, and began opening her presents. My Mom is an awesome Mom and we wanted to show our appreciation and shower her with gifts because she does so much for us! My step-dad got her a new ring, We got her a new Steve Madden handbag, a Panera Bread gift card, Her favorite cookbook, and many more gifts. She was really happy and loved all of her gifts. After Mom opened all of her gifts we snapped a couple more pictures then departed for bed, because we had to wake up bright and early for the spa. Mom wanted her birthday to be relaxing this year and she wanted to spend the day at the Spa. She does so much for use so if Mom wanted to go to the Spa on her birthday then were more than happy to do that for her! The day was so beautiful and we had an amazing time! We did a little water aerobics, we got to take a Mud bath, and just louge around and let's not forget the delicious food we ate! The entire day was perfect! Happy Birthday Mama we Love you so much and so blessed to have you in all of our lives!!
