Shrimp Cobb Salad

This salad is so light and yummy for the Summer! It's loaded with shrimp, bacon bits, and avocado! It's super simple to make and I hope you enjoy!

Shrimp Cobb Salad

1 pound of medium size Shrimp
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Seasoning salt
Bacon bits
2 Large Eggs
Chopped romaine Lettuce
1 Avocado, diced
1 cup canned Kernel Corn
Shredded Mozzarella cheese

1. Preheat oven 400 degrees

2. Place shrimp on a baking sheet and sprinkle the shrimp with olive oil and seasoning salt and gently toss so that each shrimp are coated. Then place the baking sheet in the oven and cook for 4-5 mins.

3. Next boil your egg and after your eggs finish boiling, dice the eggs up and also dice your avocado

4. Next is to assemble the salad, place the lettuce on a plate or in a bowl, top in rows of corn, cheese, bacon bits, shrimp, eggs, and avocado.

That's it! It's that simple!!

I also made a yummy drink to go with our delicious salad. I mixed Pineapple Juice, Orange Juice, and a Splash of Tropical 7UP! It taste so refreshing!
