My 1st week of Clean Eating!

Last week was my first week of clean eating and I did Awesome!

Well I think I did? Lol

Every morning for Breakfast I ate either Kashi go lean cereal or Oatmeal with strawberries or blueberries.

For Lunch I ate a Romaine salad with cherry tomatoes and chicken breast and fruit on the side either cantaloupe, a pear or an apple.

For Dinner I had asaupgue, broccoli, and a twice baked sweet potato all week and I alternated between Fish or Chicken Breast.

For Breakfast I had a cup of Green tea with truvia every morning and for lunch and dinner I had Water.
