Mini Meal Prep!

Friday I had to get together a mini meal prepping session going on so that we didn't eat bad over the weekend.



All the food in the pictures:
2 Baked Salmon
2 chicken breast cooked in Soy sauce
Green Beans
Baked Sweet potatoes
Zucchini
2 side Salads
Berries- strawberries and blueberries




DJ and I have been taking clean eating very serious. We want to make a lifestyle change to better our health and to get fit!
